Dr Jagath Bandara is a General Adult Psychiatrist with extensive experience in the assessment and management of mental health conditions using both pharmacological and evidence-based psychological approaches.

He completed his medical degree and specialist psychiatric training at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, before obtaining Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).

Dr Bandara has held consultant roles across public mental health services in Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania and Queensland, working in both inpatient and community settings. His broad clinical background allows him to provide comprehensive and considered care for adults presenting with a wide range of psychiatric conditions.

Dr Bandara is currently accepting referrals for adult patients.
